Miner Meltdown is a 2D team-based online competitive multiplayer platformer made by Mighty Pebble Games, a one-man indie game studio run by developer James O’Halloran, and is based out of Charlottetown, PEI, Canada. Mighty Pebble may be a small studio, but it has big ideas for creating innovative multiplayer gameplay experiences. Miner Meltdown features fast-paced gameplay using ropes, jetpacks, and grapples to move around the map with ease. Maps are randomly generated and 100% destructible, so every match is a fully unique, fast-paced, and chaotic affair. Players must scour the map for minerals, upgrade their gear, and attempt to blow up the opposing team all the while avoiding monsters, traps, and environmental pitfalls along the way. Every time you play, the mines are different. You must always explore to try and find the gold, to get the edge on your opponents.

Miner Meltdown is a 2d competitive-multiplayer game. Terraria meets Worms and Counter-Strike! You, the player, are a miner in an underground mine scouring for minerals. As you and your teammates collect minerals, you are able to purchase better equipment and upgrades to ultimately kill the opposing team, all the while avoiding traps, monsters, and environmental pitfalls along the way. Matches are quick, and the game is fast-paced. Miner Meltdown puts an emphasis on fast paced gameplay, so naturally you’ll need some super awesome gadgets to get around with. Whether you’re roping, jetpack’ing, or grappling around the map…it all feels awesome.
