Kingdom Come: Deliverance – Band of Bastards DLC

The rival bands engage in a tit-for-tat war that finally culminates in an inevitable showdown.

Band of Bastards is a downloadable content DLC for a Kingdom Come: Deliverance, action role-playing game made and published by Warhorse Studios. The roads around Rattay are far from safe, so Sir Radzig Kobyla has enlisted the help of an old acquaintance, the impoverished but wily Baron Kuno of Rychwald, and his infamous mercenary band. Radzig sends Henry to guide the band around the territory… and to keep their unbridled appetite for trouble in check. They set out to patrol the province and soon discover that Radzig’s sworn enemies from long ago have come to settle old accounts.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance – Band of Bastards DLC Review

7.3 Total Score
Good

Band of Bastards is not a very long DLC, but adds some more good content with cut scenes and some funny characters. It functions as a long side mission which is very close to the main storyline, similar to the Dark Brotherhood questline from Elder Scrolls, or pretty much any side mission from Witcher. You go out with the band for around five patrols with some choices as to what to do with some of the situations you run into. Your liege Sir Radzig has enlisted an old friend, an expat noble and his band of hired mercenaries, to help rid Bohemia of the many highwaymen plaguing the roadways and countrysides. Completing this DLC gives you a set of armor which is now the best in the game. Overall I think it is 100% worth it because, although it is short and has glitches from time to time, it provides enjoyable content and epic battles for a fair enough price.
