Subnautica

You have crash-landed on alien ocean world, and the only way to go is down.

Subnautica is an open world survival game made by Unknown Worlds Entertainment. You have crash-landed on alien ocean world, and the only way to go is down. Subnautica’s oceans range from sun drenched shallow coral reefs to treacherous deep-sea trenches, lava fields, and bio-luminescent underwater rivers. The player controls in first-person view the lone survivor of a crashed space ship, called the Aurora, on an aquatic planet. The main objective of the player is to explore the open world environment and survive the dangers of the planet while at the same time following the story of what happened in the game. Manage your oxygen supply as you explore kelp forests, plateaus, reefs, and winding cave systems. The water teems with life: Some of it helpful, much of it harmful. Dive below the ocean floor!

Superb

Subnautica is a openworld sandbox game, where you will see some wonderful images of a lovely but also scary underwater-world! It's like Minecraft in the sense that it takes the trope of an open world game, then submerges you in an alien ocean. This makes the game more challenging, but makes overcoming the challenges so much more satisfying. Progress happens in several areas at once. You explore places, find new resources and blueprints. With those you build the tools to explore even harsher places to find even more rare resources and blueprints. There are parts of Subnautica that could leave you curled up on the floor or jumping in the air, but players have resources all around that can help them not go to these scary places/animals. As the player explores their new home, they find clues of this strange planet's past. Subnautica's exceptional story is intensely captivating. So if you're into the whole open world adventure base building type thing, you should get this game.
